Hi,
My parcel with tracking number CP248744771CN sent by Surface Mail from Shanghai to Pune city in India is showing that my parcel has left Hong Kong on August 14. How long does it usually take to reach Kolkata by surface route ?

How long does Kolkata customs take to clear parcels containing books ?

What are the contact numbers of India Post who handle international deliveries ?

Surface parcel is very difficult to predict arrival date. it can be from 2 weeks to 6 months.

Hi China Post Volunteer
I live in Fanling and I need to urgently send through surface shipment 10 boxes of 10kg each containing household personal belongings to Mumbai, India from Fanling.
COuld you please advise where I can find the charges for this - any china post website.

POST RATE to India is US$28 for first KG and $10 for each additional KG. But if you are regularly ship goods with China Post, you can get up to 50% discount.
