Hello china post. i returned my coat because of the number to the supplier and now it is stuck from 11/9 at Import Security Scan status.what's happening? the tracking number isRE413482815GR.

the parcel has arrived China but has delivery problem. The receiver might gave you wrong address or receiver refuse to accept the parcel.

You have to ask receiver to call china post 11185 and pickup the parcel.
