RC916388684CN stuck for 6 days in customs warehouse.

checked in the website

today 21 st may when i checked in alixpress.com wesite it shows

Frozen Orders

i chatted with live chat messanger they told me

For your concerns about Order 62014499148792 , please note that the transaction for this order has been frozen since the supplier concerned is suspected of fraudulent business activities.

If the seller has already claimed the case, our Trade Security Team will follow up the case within 7-14 business days and you can sign in your account to check the order status.

if the seller does not respond the case within the 7 business days, the refund will be made to your original account that you purchase.

so i will get refund in my credit card or which account i do not understand.

please help.

if you paid by credit card, money will be returned to your credit card, if by debit card, then it will go into your bank account.

frozen orders are always refunded or sometimes after few days again the order comes back in action in tracker and i have a possibility to get my order.

actually i ordered a projector and i need it desperately but RC916388684CN is stuck for 14 days in customs warehouse.

aliexpress already told that the seller is a cheater, you will not get the goods. the money will be refunded to you. you may try to buy from other sellers.

alixpress suddenly changed status of RC916388684CN from frozen order to the seller has shipped your order.

they also send me a email that they contacted the seller and he responded so they made change in order status.

e-mail exactly is

Your order has been unfrozen

Based on the supplier’s evidence, we have decided to unfreeze Order You may proceed with the transaction.

has not changed since 8 th may

in alixpress website it gives only one option open dispute

what should i do right now should i wait for some days or should i open dispute

please help me

you can wait two weeks and track it again. if still not arrive India, then open dispute.

My order was frozen how long does it take it get my money back it says the seller is refusing to give up the money
