Hi,

I ordered a winter coat via Aliexpress, RH086294180CN,

The status on 18th of Jan changed to - EDI recieved, send item abroad, and has been stuck since 12 days now , no changes, It would have been understandable if it was Indian Customs delay, Is it normal for the item to lay with the airline for so long?

RH086294180CN should be in India customs waiting to be processed.

it is regularly updated by China Post and India post. But if the goods is in customs, the information will not be updated by government. this kind of no information status sometimes keeps very long time.
