Post Ebay Item told shipped but no tracking details

I had purchased an item from ebay on 4/04/2014 and the seller showed shipped on 8/04/2014 and gave me tracking no for china post RB572291139CN to me for the product . but till now today its 12/04/2014 and still no information on tracking.Why is this?

Is this any delay by post or the seller has not shipped it and gave me a fake number.
What should I do? I am in Saudi Arabia.

Please help.

you can track this number again on Monday in http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php. if still no result, then you need open a dispute to ebay and claim refund.
