Hey chinapostvolunteer, I hope you are well.

I ordered some components for my laptop that shipped at least ten days ago (according to trackers) but so far I haven't received anymore updates. Slow shipping from china post is expected, but it never took this long.

Would you take a look at it, please? The tracking ID is EB707065950CN

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=EB707065950CN shows the parcel was shipped From China Post Guangzhou office to Indonesia on Nov 21.

It is now some middle location between China Post system and Indonesia Post system(possibly airline warehouse in Guangzhou ,China or customs warehouse in Indonesia). You can not know exact situation when parcel is in such middle locations.

Such no-information stage might last 7 to 20 days(rush season can take 30 to 40 days) until Indonesia Post gets the parcel from customs. Then Indonesia Post website will show its new status with Indonesia location.

Is it possible that the package is missing? I understand it's nearing Christmas, but it's still concerning especially since I am using express shipment.

I can not guarantee that the parcel is not lost. But the chance is low. It is more likely to be delayed other than lost in such Xmas shipping season.
