wait two more days and track it again. now the china post database has some problem and not very stable.

its more than 50 days and i still didnt get my package nor can i see any tracking results...please help...can i call some number and track it or is there some other option available :(

many parcel to from China to India were lost these days. you have to open a dispute to paypal aliexpress and claim refund.

what??!! That was my personal package.. i didnt order anything from any site....i was staying in china and i parceled my stuff from there to india...can i have a contact number of china post who can help me locate the parcel :( :(

you can try to contact Kalkata customs, but normally they will not reply you or simply say they don't have your parcel. but the parcel must be there.

So am i suppose to go there and collect it or what?? Cant China Post take any action on that?? What is the solution to this?

you can ask shipper to file an investigation with the china post office at which he shipped the parcel. then china post will contact india post for parcel location and customs clearance information. the whole procedure will take about 2 months.
