the above cited tracking number parcel was sent to me in Pakistan on 3rd Dec, 2013, from Wuhan china from china post group by surface mail. I got track this, however after Dec 10, i does not show any update.

that is it was sent from Wuhan to Shanghai and then to Beijing where it shows export custom scan on Dec 10 and after that it does not show any thing.

the parcel should have some problem and can not pass security check. you should open a non-receipt dispute with paypal long time ago instead of doing nothing for 3 months. i believe now it is too late to get your money back.
