The parcel can not be delivered normally because of wrong address or printing address not in Chinese. you should ask recipient contact China Post(phone number 11185) and pickup the parcel by himself.

He went to china post and the officer said we dont have the parcel :/

it should be there,ask him to call 11185 first.
