hi im Ghazali from Penang Malaysia. My tracking number : RB363747132CN (have 4 items)

My address that i gave to qoo10 (seller) was
2751 Permatang Tengah, 13500 Permatang Pauh, Penang Malaysia.

Unfortunately, when i track using above number it state that destination is Australia. How it is possible? and the date mentioned in tracking is 2013? pleaz help me...TQ

the tracking number is wrong, you should open a dispute in paypal.

Thanks alot for your immediate responds. May I know how to open a dispute in paypal? Since I'm very new and not very exposed with this kind of things...

I just get an email from the seller...and they give a new tracking number : RC363747132CN.
Fortunately, the items listed will be sent to Malaysia & may I know how long it will take to be successfully delivered? TQ

about 3 to 4 weeks.
