Hi!

This is the fourth time familiars have shipped me stuff from China to Mexico, the first times went good, constant shipping times of about 60 days which i find acceptable for the rate.

This time I was shipped in April two packages, same characteristics as always but they simply seem to have never landed. I decided to be patient but I think I lost. It's been nearly 5 months now!

My two packages are the following:

CP306549774CN

CP306549788CN

Both packages indicate customs clearance on the China tracking side.

On Mexico's side, it just has the package registry but no notice whatsoever of arrival here.

I've contacted the local post office twice and they've indicated me there's no proof of landing in Mexico.

In China i recently asked and all they could tell me is it should be already in Mexico.

In this case, what should I proceed with. File a claim with China Post?

Hi,
It's possible that your package did not make Chinese customs as the last tracking record is 2016-04-11 13:43:45.0 Guangzhou international export customs cleared. Are you familiar with that cause this might be a reason : http://track-chinapost.com/?p=650
Shipping time to Mexico is max 39 days so I really think you should proceed to claim China post for lost package. This might be helpful: http://www.track-chinapost.com/file-international-claims-with-china-post/

Hi tulip!

Interesting, I believe the contents weren't any different from other times except when they were shipping it to me, at the service window they rejected to ship a TV power supply and it had to be taken out, but the rest seemed okay for them.
