Hi , I have 2 tracking # from China to Mexico but both are showing "Export Security Scan Guangzhou" since Oct 24th and there has not been any other status change. Are my packages stucked at customs? Is it ok that they have been so long in same status?

006171884109 is non-register mail. you can not get updated information after 'Export Security Scan' status.

RI198539815CN is still waiting export scan and airline space in Guangzhou.

Normally parcel will take about 3 to 6 weeks to reach Mexico. If over 6 weeks and you still do not get the parcel, you have to open dispute for lost parcel.
