Hi,

My order RC910194447CN is stuck on SECURITY EXPORT SCAN since Aug.18th (3 weeks now). My buyer protection expires in 12 days.

I order other products and they always change from "SECURITY EXPORT SCAN" to "SENT TO AIRLINE" or something like that in 2 days.

The seller says that he posted it and can't do nothing.

What I should do?

you can wait one more week and see what happens. if it still stuck in Shanghai with same status, then you should open dispute before protection expires.

Will complete one month in 2 days and so the seller protection, so I try to open a dispute, the seller give me more 45 days of protection and says that the order was "on my way".

4 weeks in Export Custom Scan, thats normal? What I can do?

How can I contact the post office in Beijing to try to discover whats happening?

we can tell you the parcel is delayed,but can not tell you why it is delayed. it makes no sense to you. you can wait another 2 to 3 weeks. it should arrives.

6 Weeks and 3 days STUCK in CHINA EXPORT.

JUST SHOES, NO BATERIES, NO LIQUIDS, NOTHING...

Seller says its everything ok, says that strike in brazil post, but my itens STILL IN CHINA, theres nothing with Brazil yet.

Can someone help me?

the parcel might be lost. you'd better open dispute to paypal and claim refund.

Hi. My parcel is RO602854326CN The status is on export security scan from 8 days. Nothing wrong with it ?

status stuck for 8 days is normal. if no change over 2 weeks, it might be problem.
