in this rush season, shipping to south America might take 2 months. If your buyer protection is expiring, then ask seller extend the protection or open dispute, otherwise keep waiting.

I have a question with the case RK150682891CN since December 16 had a message: Custom service, in your FAQ say that the time is two weeks in this status but the contact when passing 4 weeks
What I do?

Now is rush season. parcel moving and processing is much longer than regular season.
