Good afternoon! For the last 4 days, my package with tracking number RK314145808CN has not moved. Is there something wrong? Or is there a way to make things happen a little bit faster?

Also, is there a way you can help me get an estimate route of the package? Like, were will it head after leaving China or where is it heading at this moment?

Thanks in advance, regards! :)

My personal take also is that it will be here in about 2 weeks, but since the website does not update dialy I'm starting to have some concerns. The package is a gift and I'm starting to think it might not make it on time.

Do you know if there is a way we can make the delivery faster once it touches Mexican soil?

Thanks in advance.

1. When the parcel arrive in Mexico, it will be deliver by Mexican Post. You should ask the question to them for faster delivery.

2. When a parcel is in transit from a country to another country it's not scan at all. Even courier service don't scan the parcel in transit from a country to another country. Only when the parcel lands at the destination country.

3. May I refer you to this page to find out the delivery time from different method of China Post:

What are the stand formats of China Post tracking number? How to distinguish them?

4. And while you are on the reading, may I suggest you read this also, pay a closer attention to Multi-hop routing, Transportation delays, Mail priority and volume, Customs & security delays and Mishandling.

Hope this help.

So, it's normal it's been 5 days since the last update of my package? When do you consider I should start worrying?

Thanks in advance! Regards :)

1. The maximum estimate arrival time in Mexico is 39 days, your parcel has been on the road for 17 days so you got a good 22 days more to wait.

2. Just make sure you still have buyer's protection active for your parcel in case it gets lost.

3. Also you need to understand that if there is no scanning/tracking it does not mean the parcel is not moving to your country.

Hope this help.

Hello Again! So it's been almost 2 weeks since the last scan/update of my package. How can I know it's really moving? Do you know where it goes once it leaves China? It goes directly to Mexico? Or maybe it hasn't been scaned because it's somewhere else?

Also, once it gets to México, will the status change?

Do you know if there is an specific route for packages that go from China to Mexico? Maybe it's in the US but they don't scan it?

Thanks in advance! Regards!

1. This is what I found for you:
International Mail# RK314145808CN Tracking Result
Summary
Tracking number Origin Destination Status
RK314145808CN CHINA MEXICO On route

History Detail
Local date/time Activity Location Remarks
13-Aug-2016 16:08 Received by Post Office 21402800
22-Aug-2016 16:54 Departure export customs BEIJING

2. So you can see that the parcel in ON route to Mexico. On what Flight that we don't know. Is it direct flight that we don't no. If there is no scanning about your parcel it does not mean it's not moving toward Mexico.

3. You need to Phone or go to a Mexico Post to find out if they will track your parcel when it arrive in Mexico.

Hope this help.

Thanks for the info!

I have another question, I know the package hasn't been scanned for the last 2 weeks. When should I expect the next update? Once it gets to Mexico?

Regards!

1. You should phone Mexico Post and ask them when are they scanning the parcel that comes from China Post. Is it as soon as the parcel arrive in the country or only after it goes through the Mexico Customs Office.

2. Next scan should be Mexico Post.

Hope this help.
