It's been almost a two weeks since I got my tracking number for this item, but according to the tracking webpage the item hasn't been received by China Post, what's the problem? when will I be able to track it?

your seller did not ship the goods. He just gave you a fake number. you should open an dispute and claim refund. check F.A.Q
