Hola buenas tardes, quisiera saber que esta pasando con mi paquete, ya q lo pedi hace un mes y la unica informacion que me dio es "15/11/2013 16:36 - Receive item from customer (Otb), POST, CHINA". Mi problema es que en 7 dias se termina el tiempo de reclamo para una disputa en Aliexpress.com. el numero dw tracking es RB535255781CN. Desde ya muchas gracias si pudieran hacer algo por mi.

RB535255781CN was sent to airline on Nov 20. It needs about 4 to 6 weeks to arrive argentina. If you are worried about lost, you can file a non-receipt dispute with aliexpress. if you receive the parcel later, you can close the dispute.

Envie a buscar 3 Covers para unas tablets el 25 de diciembre y aun no los recibo, el num de tracking es LK900346165CN, agradeceria me dijeran x donde viene porqie ya va mas de un mes y el tiempo de entrega era para el 14 de enero 2014. Gracias anticipadas.

LK900346165CN was delivered on Jan 24 by USPS in JUNCOS, PR 00777 . You should contact your local post office and inquiry who received the parcel. for detail, please track there:

I have purchased a product which has been shipped correctly and fast way for you, but I have not received even in my country.
I've checked the mail office in China and still has not been sent to my country.
My question is this: this delay is normal? there any way to communicate with the mail from China to expedite shipping?

you are scammed by seller. http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows it has not been received by China Post. it has never been shipped. why did you stay and do nothing for so long time? now it is too late to get your money back.

your seller did not ship the goods, if you need solution and don't want refund, you should contact seller.
