I have 2 track codes who are sent to the company for a long time.

RC620780505CN
is submitted 1 month ago, how long it takes to get there?

Rd324736889cn has submitted a long time too.

parcel from Shanghai to Brazil is very slow since last month. i think there is some airline shortage between china to Brazil. One guy in this forum took 60 days to get the parcel in Brazil. You probably need wait some more days.

My product was sent to airline in may 8th ... and untill today didn´t arrive in Brazil .
I know it takes a long time ...
But another products I buy in JUNE were sent few days ago and arrive very fast here.. like this one RM202588956CN.
what can I do ? 😐

as per our statistic, 20% parcel arrives within 1 week, 65% parcel arrives between 2 to 4 weeks, and 14% parcel takes more than 4 weeks. so your first parcel belongs to the slowest 14%, and your second parcel is belong to the fastest 20%. It all depends on your luck.
