Greetings from Concepción-Chile. My name is Cristián Loyola Quiroz and send a package from the post office of Chile with the tracking number CP360332958CL. Currently I have not heard of the package which was sent to ZHENG SHAOBO to address N8, Hengha wushe, Jiangxia village HU Anghi street 510620 Baiyun district building business S hexiang 205. Can you please indicate what happened with the package by favor. Thank you.

Your parcel arrived China in Dec and has not been delivered. Normally this means your parcel address is not deliverable. Many oversea parcel with English address have such problem. Because in many rural area, postman can not read English.

You need ask receiver call China Post office hotline 11185 and try to pickup the parcel from his local post office.

You can supply that address in Chinese language to the post office? I have not been able to contact the receiver. Thank you :)

unfortunately you must find some way to ask receiver to contact China Post and pickup the parcel. Otherwise the parcel will be returned to you.
