Post Pls Help! Package from China to Brazil stuck in Japan

Hello,

I mailed two boxes from China to Brazil in early August, and they have been at the customs in Kawasaki, Japan since August 31.

I have no idea of what may have happened or how to solve this problem.
Note that I've mailed the packages myself but I'm not in China anymore to go to China Post and ask.

My tracking numbers are CP324613068CN and CP324613071CN

Any help will be much appreciated.

1. No solving of problem, both parcels have departed Japan to Brazil. You should look at the Brazil Post site.

2. Both parcel have departed Japan:

Forwarded
from País in JAPAO / to País in BRASIL / BR

3. So now it's up to Brazil when your parcel arrive to scan them. Maybe you could give them a call to find out about your parcel.

Hi, thanks for the answer.

So the tracking status is not updated? It says it's still in Japan.

This is the last status I have:
2016-08-30 13:15:00.0 arrive Japan 川崎 Transit Station
2016-08-31 09:15:00.0 川崎 arrive customs

1. Is you country Brazil, if the answer is yes, then track your parcel on the Brazil Post. Don't look at other tracking site and try to figure out what is going on.

2. Japan Post sent the information to Brazil Post about your parcel getting out of Japan and going to Brazil.

3. Japan Post did not advise China Post that the parcel was forwarded to Brazil.
