Post package delay??

China post, nobody knows where´s my package
the last thing i know from this. is thta was in kawasaki
but the national mexico post doesnt have idea
i dont know what to do
my track numbers are CP297946333CN and CP297946320CN
hope somebody can give me answer cause this package must be in mexico in august and we already in september.

1. Both of your parcel are showing this tracking:
Destination Country - Japan: +81 0570-046111 Go to official website
2016-06-17 09:15,Held by import Customs, KAWASAKIHIGASHI,KANAGAWA,219-8799
2016-06-16 11:50,Arrival at inward office of exchange, KAWASAKIHIGASHI,KANAGAWA,219-8799

2. Why in the first place it went to Japan, that I can not answer the question. But the only thing that come to my mind is that possibly your parcels where sent by ship to Mexico. If I'm saying that it's because CP number are normally:
The number starts with “CP” and ends with “CN”, i.e. CP123456789CN
This is China Post registered surface mail. Normally it is much slower than airmail and might take up to 6 months to arrive.

3. Now what you need to do is, contact seller and explain to him the situation and try to have some sort of arrangement with him. He might be able to call China Post to find out why Japan Customs are holding your parcel.

4. A good place to track your parcels with all the info is on this site:
http://www.track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php

5. When you contact seller, just copy and paste the tracking for him so he can understand that the parcel are stuck in Japan Customs.

1. Please also take note of this, I found on the Japan Post site for Mexico:
January 28, 2011
As a delay has occurred in delivery at the designated mailbag-exchange airport in Mexico with subsequent further delay in handling mail items, we are announcing that mail items sent by air as given in the table below are delayed in delivery to the addressees in Mexico.
Please understand that Japan Post Service Co., Ltd. is asking Mexico Post to quickly improve this situation.

2. It's dated in 2011 but might still be in effect as of today.
