Post Need help tracking a parcel (ending on 3 letters)

Good afternoon.

I have a problem what I told a couple weeks ago here. I bought something on Aliexpress on May 23. The given Tracking Number is:
MS04174088XSG
Yeah, 2 letters + 8 numbers + 3 letters

According to the seller, it was sent via 4PX. This is the status:

2016-05-28 09:56 Shenzhen,China / Shipment operation completed
2016-05-28 09:39 Shenzhen,China / Shipment arrived at facility
2016-05-28 09:39 Shenzhen,China /

On Venezuela customs office the system can't track that number, as the system gives an error because that isn't the format of a tracking number, and also they can't track any parcel without a tracking number (A.K.A. they can't found a parcel by name)

HELP!!!! :( What can I do? The seller has a high feedback, but I can't even find him. I tried 10 days without success.

1. 4PX is a private courier service not related to China Post and they have their own numbering system which can not be track in your country Postal system.

2. Normally to send a parcel to Venezuela by China Post it takes 3 weeks. Your parcel right now is at the 3 weeks mark. What do you mean by Quote but I can't even find him. I tried 10 days without success. Unquote
Do you mean you tried to contact seller and he did not respond or what?

3. According to 4PX, if you look closely you can see a green Airplane on the left side if this tracking:
2016-05-28 09:56 Shenzhen,China / Shipment operation completed

This to me means the parcel has not arrive in your country yet.

4. May I suggest you wait another week for your parcel and continue tracking at 4PX you might see some more tracking.

5. After one week time contact seller about your parcel, if he does not respond to you then open a dispute with Ali Express about not receiving your parcel.
