Post Helps to retrieve packages.

I have not received my orders here in Caracas Venezuela, since at the time of purchase, the shipping address that I provided was the old address of the company that made sending to Venezuela.

Not being the company currently working there, I say not responsible for my orders.

I wish I solved the problem by sending the packets to the current direction of the company, is it possible?

Unless you have automatic redirection of address by your postal service..
