CP418200873HK is hong kong post tracking number, you should track it in Hong Kong post website.

"There is no record on the subject item."...

Can one track take so many time in appears registered?

if hong kong post website shows no record, it means your seller did not ship the goods yet. If you just got the number, normally you need wait 10 days to track it in Hong Kong post website.
