Hi, I want to know where are my goods and when they are going to get to Chile, my codes are:

1) RC180294065CN (6 Shirts)

Received by China Post Jinan Chile 20140524 1352
In Customs-Control warehouse Jinan Chile 20140525 0852
Export Security Scan Jinan Chile 20140525 1320

2) RD058349687CN (2 Shirts)

Received by China Post Beijing Chile 20140531 1641

A problem with the first one who stayed in Export Customs Scan from 27/05?
or problem with the second it took two weeks to go Export Security Scan?

the parcel status sometimes does not change even the parcel is keep moving to destination. you no need worry, it will arrive sooner or later.
