The packet number RK168595929CN was sent on 31 December 2014. But this package not yet arrived at my house. The tracking site reports that the product was only posted. But after all this time he should have arrived at their destination.

Could you tell me where the package really is?

RK168595929CN should be lost or rejected by safety officer. You need open dispute asap.
