Hello, my package number is RB492266025CN and it has been posted on april 10th, but it's still on china. I'm trying to contact the seller, but I have no idea of what I'm capable to do.

Help, please?

RB492266025CN was returned to shipper in Hangzhou in May. you may NOT get this parcel. open a dispute and claim refund asap.
