Hello! I ordered some items and I've had the same "sent to airline (navigation)" status in two of my parcels for some time now. Those are:
RG052014858CN
RH060239420CN

Also, the "departure from outward office of exchange" statuses from these two haven't been updated in weeks:
RL038869445CN
RL038609825CN

Is there any way I can know if my parcels are lost? Thank you so much!!

if your parcel has not arrived over 40 days, it has higher possibility to be lost. Otherwise please wait.
