http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows "the parcel has not been received by China Post".that means your shipper did not ship the parcel

the parcel should be banned by customs security department. is there any battery or liquid inside?

Hi, I need help. My parcel is stuck in custums-control for about a week and I'm not sure about what to do. Here's the tracking number: RC270644113CN.

Can someone help clarify this? How long should I wait before asking for my money back?

sometimes it takes about 2 weeks to change status, you need some patient.
