Post Order dispatching for long time

Hey, my order RD153833600CN has the status of 'In Customs-Control warehouse' for more than ten days now. Is this regular, or should I worry about this?

it is normal. you no need worry if status not changing within 2 weeks.

Is there anything wrong? Wasn't it supposed to be sent already?

If no battery item inside, it should be ok. Sometimes item location status does not change even after it arrives destination country.

My item RD017451199CN has been Departure from outward office of exchange for almost 2 weeks and refuses to change should I be worried cos d good is taking longer than expected
