Hello,

I have a parcel that has been stuck for a month at location 20110600 in the UK, with status "opening". I was wondering what can be done to speed along the process, or where more information can be obtained. The details are below:

Tracking number: RH011090280CN
Location: Import Customs GB (20110600)
Date arrived: 14/11/14

RH011090280CN is in the hand of Royal Mail. you should contact them.

RI165242321CN was returned to Beijing. you can NOT get the goods. open dispute asap.

I have ordered some goodies from China 2 months ago, my tracking number is RD285268816CN and the location is 20110600 still... What is the problem???

RD285268816CN stuck in Urumuqi for 2 months without moving. good news is it just arrived Shanghai last week. you might get it by New Year.
