you can not know if the parcel is in china or not. It makes no sens to you. If you want estimated arrival time, read this http://track-chinapost.com/?p=669 .

Hello. Tracking number RR238766865EE shows that the location is 518131. It has been so since 20th of march. Also it says unsuccesful delivery. What means location 518131 and unsuccesful delivery?

shai, Seeing EXACTLY your package is impossible. Your package ship / plane does not able to read your package location. Once the ship / plane leaves China, your package status will freeze until it reaches the next scan!

I've ordered a t-shirt , and its been 18 days since the status "Costums scan" , the package havent arrived yet.

RJ480383775CN should be delayed in Hangzhou. If your buyer protection is expiring, you should ask seller extend the protection.

Buyer protection has 28 days left , i guess it should be enough.
Any idea how many days it should be arrived?
