I sent my package 2 months ago from Shenzhen to Israel and it's stuck in Hong Kong for some reason.
Can someone please help me?

parcel number starting with CP and ending with CN is surface parcel for heavy item. Normally it will travel through sea and very slow. you might wait about 2 to 6 months to get the goods in Israel.
