The tracking number is CP304173968CN. It has already been more then 52 days (Longest arrival time to Israel according to your arrival stats.)

Could you please let me know, when the parcel is likely to arrive?

CP304173968CN is surface parcel which is very very slow. it might take up to half year to arrive. You should use register airmail(format R*****CN).

Half a year?!

The latest status (30th of June) is "Departure export customs" at HK OPS. Does that mean that the parcel is already out of China?

yes. it has left china. but it will transit through many sea port outside china. very very slow. you should not use such shipping method.
