I ordered my package April 14th, and my package was shipped April 21st, but when I enter in my tracking number, it says “no tracking results available.” Is there anyway I can know where my package is currently?

I ordered a dress from Boho Thrift two weeks again and it still has yet to show up at my house. When will it be delivered?

My item was sent back to china due to address issues. the company does not respond to my email and the phone number does not work. The online company was called Transcend based in china. What should I do?

if you paid to paypal, you can open dispute for non-arrival order refund.
