http://track-chinapost.com/track_global.php shows the parcel was shipped on Feb 9. It is still waiting for airline space to UK. waiting time can take 2 to 4 weeks, you need some patient.

UG180134094CN is delayed by chinese new year holiday. You need wait another 2 to 6 weeks to get the parcel in Italy.

These kinds of tracking numbers (11 digits) are China Post Ordinary Airmail, a cheap slow service for low value items. They don't have any tracking outside of China; USPS treats them as ordinary mail, just like a letter or postcard. Parcels like this could take 4-12 weeks to arrive.

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows the parcel was sent to airline on Feb 9. Normally parcel will wait in warehouse for 30 to 90 days before catching flight to South Africa.
