My parcel is stuck with the same status message since 10 days. And another order make 8 days after has an most updated tracking...

Maybe it will be the last scanning you will see for this parcel. If the parcel is China Post Small Packet Plus it can only be track in China. If no more tracking does not mean the parcel is not traveling to your country.

3. For parcel:
2016-06-27 10:09:32.0 leaving Shanghai Int'l Airport going to next airport/seaport

It might be that the Mail Bag with your parcel in it did not find a place aboard the Aircraft or the Aircraft had a technical problem and did not leave.

The news about my shipments so far have been

(1) There are two with this status "【 Guangzhou互换局】Import customs scan,备注(退回) " meaning that both packages were returned to sender (and I have to find out about it myself). These shipments were returned to seller after both parcels have arrived at the Guangzhou airport and were sent to airline 4 - 5 times. Both parcels spent about one month at the Guangzhou airport before it was decided to be returned to the seller/sender.
(2) There are 3 shipments with this status "Leaving airport going to next airport/seaport". The most so far is 9 times for one particular shipment. Shipments with this status may spent about 1.5 months at the Guangzhou airport alone. If you are very lucky, then, these shipments may get on board of a plane. Otherwise, custom officers may got tired and just send your parcel back to the sender.
(3) There are about 10 shipments with this status "Leaving parcel center【 Guangzhou航站】 Sent to airline". Same as in #2 shipments with this status may spend about 1 to 1.5 months at the Guangzhou airport. If you are very lucky, then, these shipments may get on board of a plane. Otherwise, custom officers may got tired and just send your parcel back to the sender.
