Post Addressee not available at time of delivery/Item

Hi i am have this traking number LZ324700411CN and looking at the shipping updates, it says:

"Addressee not available at time of delivery/Item being held, addressee being notified."

However, there were people at the shipping address all day and no one tried to deliver anything.

Can you give me an update on this? Thanks

Spain Post(Correos) website shows :

"EN ENTREGA, Realizado intento de entrega, Envío con entrega en buzón que excede dimensiones para su depósito. Se ha notificado al destinatario para su recogida en oficina".

You need contact your local post office to pickup the parcel.
