hello,

im a sender from germany. Since 29th of September 2025 my parcel still in progress. I have no clue yet, what#s the reason?

Current State: 9/29/2025 1:23 PM Item presented to import Customs CNNGBA

What's meaned? Can anyone help me? What can i do?

CY730980455DE arrived in Ningbo on Sept 29. Receiver has never made customs clearance. This parcel will be returned if receiver does not make customs clearance within free storage time.

Is this a return item for refund?

I am the sender, and the seller is not responding to my messages.
Please advise what I need to do now, as I do not receive any information from the

It seems the seller has no intention of clearing customs and accepting your return. Many unscrupulous sellers do this intentionally to avoid refunds.

This isn't a shipping problem; it's a matter of business integrity, something China Post can't solve for you.

The goods will be returned to the shipper's country several months later. You'd better contact your marketplace or credit card bank and file a complaint against the seller.

grrg, any Idea, the Seller ignore my comments. AND: i never will be back this parcel!!!!
