The number has the correct format to be a PostNL tracking number.

I'm not sure if Yanwen is one of the freight forwarders that ships things to Amsterdam and then mails them out from there or not. In this case, though, normally one has to wait 7-14 days after shipment, and then the number will appear in the PostNL tracker.

shipping to Germany might take 4 to 6 weeks.

I purchased something from china, seller posted a tracking number about a month ago, I still haven't received and tracking number says is not available. Can you please track number LS071504409CN

RS285217920NL
I never had a tracking no. ending with NL so I'm not sure if it is fake or not.
so far I was unable to track the parcel.

parcel number ending with NL (in your case,RS285217920NL) is dutcp post number. You should track them in Dutch Post website.

http://track-chinapost.com/track_chinapost.php shows the number RI618399531CN is invalid. it means your seller did not ship you anything yet.
