What is the status of “Export Customs Scan” ? How long it will take?

3. Maybe you could contact seller and ask him to verify with China Post about your parcel. Please provide seller with the above tracking.

Hi,

I made an order on 25th November and it said it would take maximum 22 days to arrive in the UK. I am tracking my parcel and it says:

26-Nov-2016 20:09 Received by Post Office 510321
27-Nov-2016 01:06 Departure export customs GUANGZHOU EM
02-Dec-2016 17:39 Departure export customs GUANGZHOU EM

This shows it has been in 'departure export customs' two different times! What does this mean? Where is my parcel and should it arrive within the 22days? (before christmas) Is there a problem or a delay?

1. This means only that your parcel tried to board the Aircraft but there was no more room on the Airplane for the mail bag. That was on the:
27-Nov-2016 01:06 Departure export customs GUANGZHOU EM

2. Now it's trying again to depart from China to UK:
02-Dec-2016 17:39 Departure export customs GUANGZHOU EM

3. Just keep tracking your parcel for any further movement. I surely hope your parcel get in UK by the 22 Dec.

LP00083691498650 is not china post tracking number

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows 06590270563 was shipped on Sep 28. this kind of 11 digit number is china post ordinary parcel. This is a slow and cheap service for low value item. China Post will not scan and update its status after it left first post office. so you can not see new status and know where it is now. china post ordinary parcel might take 4 to 12 weeks to reach your country.

USPS doesn't track registered mail items (tracking number starting with R) so there won't be any more status updates. These kinds of parcels usually take 30-60 days to arrive in the US.

If you have a choice as to shipping method, next time you might consider using ePacket instead (tracking number starting with L). They do have tracking in the US, and usually arrive in 15-25 days.
