my latest information for tracking number CY284688542DE shows since 2 weeks
7/1/2024 8:11 AM Item into sorting centre 31000001

Is it possible, that the destination address cannot be found?

Yes it is.
The items were purchased through a shop on Shopify. The recipient of the return is possibly(?) CJ Dropshipping.

The seller is playing a cheating game. He doesn't make customs clearance , therefore the parcel can't be delivered. Then he can tell buyer that he hasn't received the return and refuse to refund the money.

Many marketplaces like ebay, Amazon , aliexpress have policy to deal with such bad sellers. If you purchased from Amazon, Aliexpress and ebay, you can tell the marketplace that the seller doesn't make customs clearance and refuse to refund. In most cases, marketplace will check the tracking status and verify your words. You will get refund after they verify the status.
