To stop covid-19 virus, both china and US government have stopped most of the passenger airlines between China and USA.
As China Post highly depends on the spare luggage space in the bottom of passenger airline. The consequence is that, since February 2020, there are huge quantity of parcels waiting in China Post warehouse for very limited airline space.
Unfortunately China Post warehouses are so full that it is impossible to organize these parcels in shipping time sequence.
The result is that all these limited space are assigned to parcels at random. Some new parcels might be shipped very quickly while many old parcels are still sleeping in warehouse. So it is difficult to predict actual arrival time.
Our stat reports shows some parcel shipped in middle April has arrived USA but there are also many parcels shipped in Feb are still in China. It is like lottery.
Your parcel was shipped on April 30. I hope you are lucky enough and can get it by mid of May. But if not lucky, in worst case, you might get it in July.
Good news is that China Post is renting some cargo airline space to send the parcel oversea. The average delivery time is becoming faster. So your parcel is not likely to be delayed to July. Please be patient and wait for good news.
