i purchased an item on ioffer.com on Nov 4, 2018 I received a msg on Nov 5 saying that my package had been shipped and it provided a tracking number its been 2 weeks now and i still cant get the tracking to work it says it is not found...................... help!!!!!!

Your seller hasn't sent you anything yet. After China Post receives a parcel, the tracking number will start working within 48 hours. Open a dispute and get your money back.

Why tracking results shows ” invalid” or “China Post has not received the parcel”?

ok i will all they say is that the item is on its way, to be patient and when i asked for a refund they say it is not refundable

your seller obviously are cheaters. You are scammed.

If you paid with paypal/aliexpress, open dispute to claim refund against fraud asap.
