Since 20 october nothing changed. The track and trace number is CC098227063NL.

CC098227063NL has arrived in China more than 3 weeks. The recipient does not make customs clearance. Please ask recipient call 029-87385676 immediately to make customs clearance.

By the way, is it a return for refund?

Make sure the seller want to accept the parcel. Many bad seller intensionally avoid making customs clearance in order to refuse refund.
