HI guys,

please help me. I ordered this top from aliexpress and the seller told me that he shipped it and when I tracked I got "Electronic data received" so I searched it and found that this means he didn't actually ship the package still. So I asked him further but he said not to worry he shipped it. I waited for 2 weeks but the status is same.

Can you guys help me finding this parcel? I am afraid that I am scammed. Please tell me what should I do next T_T

Ok thank you I will do it. Actually It's my 1st time so I was confused what to do and moreover that seller had a good rating & the product I ordered was quite famous so I was hesitating But now I will open dispute.
