I suggest do not use surface mail, it's extremely slow...sometimes can take 4-6 months. If you want to order heavy items, use a courier.

You can not tell where it is until the next scan. It left China on the 27th of December or shortly after. Australia customs are very strict also, so that may be slowing things down.

RF008234908CN is delayed in shanghai. wait one more week, if it does not arrive canada by end of feb, you should open dispute and claim refund.

the parcel is still in china customs. you need wait another 2 weeks.
