how did you make payment to seller? I hope you did not pay with bank card, money order, wire transfer etc which has no buyer protection against fraud. If this is the case, your money is gone.

I did pay with a bank card. Are there any ways through which I can protect my card right now?

Call your bank and see if they can help you get your money back against fraud. In future, please use paypal which is much safer.

http://track-chinapost.com/track_usps.php?code=LY131923921CN shows it just arrived "HYATTSVILLE, MD 20785". USPS is delivering the parcel to you today.

I am trying to track my package I recieved an email 4 May that my order was shipped with tracking number LY114272307CN but when searching shipments the website says shipment not found. Please let me know if there is an issue with the shipment.

you can not get shipment information because LY114272307CN is fake number. your seller did not ship anything.

if you paid with paypal/aliexpress, you should open dispute against fraud.
