Hello,

I would like to inquire about my parcel that has seem to be stuck at
"Exchange Bureau in Guangzhou, have been exported to open" for the last 3 weeks.

My tracking number is 70971948322

I would like to know if my parcel has left china or if there was a some sort of problem with the package.

Any updates regarding my package would be appreciated so Im not left wondering what is going on.

2. May I suggest you read this:

3. May I suggest you contact seller to advise him of the problem with your parcel. He should be able to call China Post Hot Line: 86 20 11185, to find out what is wrong with your parcel.

Is there a China post individual that would be able to determine if my parcel has had a security scan issue?
