http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows only result "shipping notice received from seller". This means the number is fake, you seller did not ship you anything. Read following post for detail explanation:

It's normal for an parcel's status not to update after it leaves China, until it arrives in the destination country. Its status can't be updated until it reaches Morocco and Poste Maroc can scan it.

Delivery times to Morocco seem incredibly slow, especially for items sent during the holiday shipping rush. Almost nothing sent in November has been delivered in Morocco yet, let alone December.

I expect your parcel's transit time to be at least 60 days, meaning it would show up in early February at the earliest. If your buyer protection time is expiring, open a dispute. Otherwise...keep waiting.
